Services
Commercial
We have a wide variety of experience when it comes to commercial work. Some of the project types we have been involved with include CRU developments, restaraunts, gas stations with tunnel and wand car washes as well as large warehouse and storage facilities. We have done new construction and renovations for multiple Wal-marts throughout manitoba. We have also completed dental and physio centers, as well as high end car dealerships. Whatever project you are considering, we can handle it. A&P has a certified A-ticket gas fitter along with a QA program certified by the Department of Labour.
Design Build
We have all the resources necessary to tackle your next design build. We have worked side by side with many reputable mechanical engineers to design cost efficient buildings meeting energy code requirements to maximize rebates available to the owner.
Heritage Restoration
Heritage Winnipeg has been working in conjunction with the city of Winnipeg and the Heritage Canada Foundation to promote the restoration and preservation of historic buildings throughout Manitoba since 1978. It is an ongoing effort to revitalize and celebrate the history within Winnipeg. These construction projects come with their own set of challenges but our experiences have always ended well. Some of the historic projects we have taken on within the city include the Academy Lanes redevelopment, the Fortune & McDonald Block, the Sterling Bank at 283 Portage, the 4th floor restoration at CMU and we are currently working on the redevelopment of the Great West Metals building on Alexander.
Multi-Family
A&P has specialized in multi-family complex's from the very beginning. We have a large catalogue of apartment and condominium buildings in our history with varying mechanical systems to best fit the owners needs. We have installed hydronic systems for large buildings, VRF heat pump and heat recovery systems as well as a more traditional DX cooling with electric heat. We have the experience to meet whatever you are planning on building.
